I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk
Interview
Two interviews with hiring manager, then two interviews with engineers on the team I was going to be working on. Overall there was a lot of behavioral questions asked, and only 2 easy coding problems for each interview with the engineers
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They stressed team and culture fit more than solving coding problems
First Round Behavioural
Secound Round - 2 Leetcode Easy and technical questions(theory)
Very straight forward and not very difficult. Depends on the team your interviewing for as not everyone i know was asked leetcode and some were asked hackerrank type questions
Terrible recruiting. Had a quick meeting with a recruiter where she made it very clear I would be moving forward and she would schedule my interview. After a couple days I reached back out and got an automated out of office email so I emailed another contact and no response. Then a few weeks later I received an email saying they were done interviewing.
I applied online. I interviewed at Autodesk (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Nov 2025
Interview
OA -> behavioural -> in person round of 1 interview hour + 1 hour of another tech assessment. Very calm, comfortable atmosphere. Algorithmic questions are barely Medium hard, interview is basic run through past experience, OOP concepts.
