      Operations Manager Interview

      Oct 7, 2011
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Autodesk in Aug 2011

      Interview

Have had couple of interviews in the past with autodesk. Both the times the interview went really fine, all positive feedback from the interviewers. In the end hiring manager ended up changing the job title/job description and the requirement. After it happened second time, it was confirmed that autodesk managers do NOT plan or do their home work before hand. They are not sure about the position and the job description and are not able to make up their minds. Absolutely ridiculous managers - no wonder the company is going downhill.
