Quite long, 4 stages including initial screening, but all of them made sense. I would only change the order as an interview with Hiring Manager was first and I didn't want to ask specfic question about job conditions at such early stage.

Question 1
What do I do when someone from the team disagrees with my solution?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Autodesk
Interview
- 1st interview was with the HR recruiter via phone call. They asked a few more questions related to the role than I was expecting for a first call. Make sure you know why you applied and want the job (luckily I did, but I know people are applying to a lot of roles nowadays).
- 2nd interview was with the Manager.
- 3rd interview was with a Leader from another team that I'd be working closely with.
- 4th interview was a presentation to a group of about 5-6 people and then follow-up interviews with 3-4 people following the presentation. This all happened in the same day with some of the calls back-to-back.
