Son varias entrevistas, la primera es con RH, la segunda con los supervisores y la última con el gerente de operaciones, el proceso es bastante tardado, la entrevista con los supervisores es leer un diagrama eléctrico.

My first phone interview went well or so it seemed considering the recruiter told me he was impressed with me and my resume. Even after taking the unrealistic mechanical aptitude test, he assured me that I would soon get a second interview. How ever instead after waiting a week and trying to contact and the HR person I received an obviously pre-formed email rejection.

Sollicitatieprocedure viel tegen gesprek was zeer snel afgerond. Positieve feedback tijdens gesprek. Achteraf negatief en niet weerhouden wegens te weinig ervaring terwijl er 10 jaar ervaring in de sector aanwezig is
