Internship was offered through college in which JD was given. To that we applied and send are Resumes. After that some candidates were shortlisted based on their resume. Then one on one interview was scheduled.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Atlas Copco Group (La Paz, La Paz) in May 2013
Interview
From the moment I applied it took about one week for the first contact, through both email and phone. The first interview was general, it was general knowledge, get to know the applicant as a person, then skills for the job and experience. Then the second interview was by phone only, and it took about 15 to 30 minutes, about professional objectives, future, etc. and then the final part were the psychometric and personality tests.

Being a victim of ADHD, the hardest part was the psychometric and personality tests, due to the length of the tests it took most of my energies to just complete the test.
