I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Atlas Copco Group
Interview
First there was a technical interview with the project team leader concerning the scope of the project. During this interview the interviewee was briefly checked for his knowledge on the subject.
After positive evaluation, a second interview was scheduled for a meeting with the VP and with HR. During this meeting the focus was more on interests, expectations and education.

Question 1
* Technical questions concerning scope of project
* In the last 10 years, what developments have pushed the industry the most?
* (on a technical concept) How would you explain this to an outsider with no technical background?
The overall interview felt rigid and impersonal. One of the panel maintained a poker face throughout which made it tense, responses giving the impression quickly they weren’t particularly interested. Might better suit those who prefer a very structured, no-frills corporate environment.
