AstraZeneca Vice President interview questions

Process started with an executive head hunter, then talent acquisition and then country HR Lead. They were not clear what they wanted for a very senior role. Despite the follow ups over the period of 10 months or so, I never received a feedback. For a company at size of AZ and for a VP role in Germany organization, this is just a disappointment of the recruitment process.
