AstraZeneca Research Director interview questions

Had to send in my CV and was given a date for interview and some preparation material for the interview and information on the format of the interview and the overall process. Presentation should be max of 5 slides and then questions and discusions on what I had presented. Focus was on how I would develop people and organisation and 5 other leadership capabilities.
