I did two hour-long interviews. Everyone was nice enough, but it felt rushed. They asked the standard questions, but one manager acted like he was ready to go two minutes into the call. They seemed very fake.

first submitting CV and making a profile on their platform. After 2 weeks I got an invitation for an interview through a video recording platform. then waited over a month for the results(only visible on platform, no email notofication).

why are you interested in the department you chose in the application process?
Applied job through Naukri and Interview has been schedule through Skype call, technical round 1 & 2 (From UK) and manager round has discussed about the project knowledge and explanation about the current role and designation. Finally the HR round. And got selected.
What’s really shocking is the base pay offered is lesser than compared to the current base pay and no normalisation upto the market standard.
