The first step is the phone interview where it will be asked you few questions.about the role and STAR. It is not that difficult and the recruiter over the phone was really calm and professional

The overall interview process took about 2+ months. The job role was for Windows and VMware administrator. First technical round was telephonic and followed by a F2F technical round. The interview questions were more of technical stuff and process oriented. Both the rounds went well and the next round was technomanager round. After this the HR interview happened on the same day and I was asked to submit all my documents within the next 2 days.. didn't hear anything from the HR after that. I called up and sent multiple follow up emails but nothing helped and there was no response.
