Interview
It was a Teams Video interview with 3 interviewers each taking turns asking questions. The process lasted about 45 minutes. The questions are tough to prepare for and you need to think fast on your feet.

Question 1
The questions are all behavioral based questions. e.g. tell us about the most difficult person you encountered at work and how did you handle interacting with that person?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca
Interview
Interview with hiring manager and VP where they give you a case study with 30-minutes to solve/resolve it. You come back and walk them through your solution to the case study.
They also ask the consultant question of "how many windows are there in xyz city?".
The next round is a panel interview.

Behavioral interview style using the STAR format. Be prepared with projects you have worked on that could fit different behavioral questions. It will be a panel interview with 2-4 individuals asking you questions. Background on the position will be provided. Behavioral questions and format are not provided in advance.
