Interview
Applied online and was contacted via email the next day to schedule a phone interview. Phone interview lasted approximately 40 minutes and was very cut and dry. Why pharma? Why astrazeneca? Followed by two STAR format questions. F2F interview scheduled for later this week, wish me luck.

Describe a time when you had to persuade a person on a new concept/idea. What was the outcome?
Great interview process at AstraZeneca. They really want to know you and how you handle certain situations. Looking for strong closing and improvements from each rounds. The process overall wasn’t too bad!

Interview
It was fairly easy. Show up prepared, ready to ask questions, and you have a good chance of landing the job. Bring materials to show your sales experience and show you are organized and solutions-oriented.
Started with a pre screen call with DM. Tell me about yourself, your experience. Then Interview panel with DM and RM. All STAR questions, situational questions to tie in your experience with what is expected of you for the role
