I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Wilmington, DE) in Dec 2017
Interview
Applied online via LinkedIn, had a phone screen around 3 weeks later, went in for a 1:1 two weeks after that. I was then ghosted by my screener - zero response, zero feedback after two check-ins, and after being told that I was the lead candidate. Highly unprofessional, particulary in HR.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most questions were about how my background aligned with the role being offered but my interviewer did a lot of the talking.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at AstraZeneca
Interview
The interview was direct, straight to the point, and comfortable. It was very quick considering I traveled from thousands of miles away but I got a great tour of the building and it attracted me even more.

Question 1
Talk through your background and specific questions on how to perform certain tasks.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Cambridge, East of England, England) in Feb 2017
Interview
Was initially contacted by and internal recruiter and had a brief telephone conversation in which I was invited for onsite interview. I then had to chase the recruiter to get this organised. I was kept waiting for over 30mins on arrival with no offer of apology. I then waited over 3 weeks for any sort of feedback which I only received because I chased.
