I had two interviews. The first one was a quick call (half an hour) with one of the Business Partner. She asked me questions about my motivation, my strength and weakness, and answer to mine. Then I received an e-mail (the day after), telling me to pick a date to come to London to take the second step. The way from Berlin to Luton was on their charge, and they even offered to pay for the hotel. I went there (they do have amazing office). I first had a business case to prepare (15 minutes), it was not hard but obviously you have to be prepare. Then behavioral questions, they wanted to know if I did match to their values and the value of the company. You can find the values on the internet but they were kind enough to send me a file before so I can get prepared. Finally, I had a chat with the CFO, who took time to listen to me, asked me questions about my motivation and so on, and she ended give me advice for my career, it was a great chat.
