Very focused, professional interviewers. Conversational interview, with specific questions related to the field. The process was fast, about 2 and half weeks from start to the offer. No complaints. All steps in the pricess straight forward.

Interview
One face to face with local stakeholders and on skype with management aboard. The initial interview was behavior based. The Skype interview asked for a demonstration of knowledge and skill level. It felt like a test.
