The recruitment process for the Finance Business Analyst role at AstraZeneca was multi-stage, but my overall experience was rather average. The atmosphere during the interviews felt quite formal and at times not very comfortable. Some questions were unusual or not clearly structured, which made it difficult to maintain a smooth conversation. Overall, it felt more like an interrogation than a two-way dialogue, which led to a rather neutral impression of the whole process.
