El proceso de selección es muy largo, y hay varias fases; en mi caso primero con el recrutador por teléfono, después con la jefa directa de Barcelona y después con el jefe de EU, que está en UK y es en inglés. Entre medio hubo intercambio de correos y se alargó mucho.

¿Cuál ha sido tu rol específico en los equipos en los que has trabajado?
¿Cuál ha sido el desafío más grande que has tenido que resolver en un equipo? ¿Cómo contribuiste a solucionarlo?

Interview
There were 2 rounds of interviews, one with HR which was sort of a screening round and then the second was with the hiring manager and their director. The questions were value based and there was no time for me to ask any questions at the end.

Interview
Application wss done in the website, cv and the Hr called after almost 2 weeks.
The job description was in english but they needed someone with knowledge in Hungarian, but this was not written anywhere.
They asked me to go to face to face interview however the covid cases are absurd in Hungary and I asked to have interview online which was arranged.
