The interview process lasted about four weeks. The first round was conducted through HireVue, where you’re given two attempts to record yourself answering each question. My advice is to take your time between attempts to gather your thoughts and jot down notes on what you want to cover in your response.
The second round was an interview with the hiring manager and focused mainly on behavioural questions, along with some role specific technical questions.
You’re provided with a PDF package outlining the company’s values and guidance on how to structure your responses, so it’s important to review this carefully and become familiar with the values. Overall, everyone was very kind, and I felt well supported throughout the entire process.
