Had a phone interview, an in-person interview, and then an additional phone interview. Took months just to get to the phone interview. I applied for the position in February and didn't start working there until December.

They took my interview for more than an hr. I answered 95% of their questions and after continuous watch on their online portal for more than 4 weeks, status changed to "Not Selected". So they took my interview for more than an hr to reject?
