I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics in Oct 2014
Interview
started with a few phone calls back and forth to collect information and get an idea of my personality, then a 1 on 1 at the location, offer proceeded which included a background check, drug screening, etc.
I applied through other source. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2014
Interview
Applied then it took months before my first interview. I got the interview finally and it was great then had to wait a few more months for my hardware interview which is what you would exspect. Then a few months after that. I started asking questions about the next step and they told me they no longer wanted to fill the position. A few months again and I started asking if my interviews would continue where they left off when the position opened up again. The answer was yes. A few months after that asking when it might open I was told I got the position before they closed it at the last minute and that I would have to re-apply since the job was closed for so long.

I applied through other source. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics in Oct 2015
Interview
I applied for a different position via email. The hiring manager for this department contacted me to see if I would be interested in this particular position. Had a one on one interview with him and he then brought in his lead to interview me. Interview went well. 4 months passed before I received an email that I will be getting a verbal offer. The interview process is extremely slow.
