Arrow Electronics interview questions

Actually a great interview experience. My questions were answered thoroughly and the interview was not impersonal like some with pre determined questions. I was asked about where I ultimately wanted to go with my career and I felt very comfortable during the interview. They seem to be a great team to be part of.

The process was very formal and moved somewhat quickly (in the beginning). However, after the in-person interview, it took quite a while to hear back from the team/HR. I sent a couple of follow up emails and called once before I heard back about a final decision. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and met in person was friendly and helpful though.
