I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics in Oct 2019
Interview
I was called by the company after having interviewed for a different position. This time around I didn't have to do the initial phone screen but I had a total of 2 phone interviews with the hiring manager and a member of the team. I believe there would've been 3 total interviews. Everyone was extremely nice and easy to talk to. There weren't any trick questions and they didn't ask any of those dreaded "behavioral" interview questions.
Unfortunately, I didn't get any further in the interview process because the company made the decision to close the position. But I do want to stress how appreciative I was that the recruiter called me and told me right away. My experience with many companies is that they will ghost the candidate after an interview if they do not feel you are a right fit for the position. Arrow showed professionalism and thoughtfulness of this candidate.

Question 1
After the standard questions, I was asked about my favorite type of music. I enjoyed this question because it took some of the stress off of the process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics (Gdansk) in Aug 2017
Interview
A phone interview with HR recruiter, in which they asked me whether I am interested, followed afterwards by a face to face interview in the office in Gdansk, was quiet clear and straight forward.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Arrow Electronics (Newmarket, England) in Jan 2019
Interview
Not sure they knew what they were doing? Questions were peppered without a consideration of why they were asking them. I got the impression this was the first time this person had done an interview.
