Arrow Electronics interview questions

Thorough and transparent. Did a good job of informing me of the process, where I was in the process and next steps. Good communication throughout the process. Did take longer then expected to get the official offer in hand.

The first interview was with an HR manager or recruiter. I then spoke to my direct manager and then with his boss. Lastly I conducted a zoom like call with the entirety of the team. Then the HR manager or recruiter called me back with an offer. The process was very clear and it was very nice to meet the team before deciding to move to Denver.
