Arrow Electronics Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Phone interview with a manager and then in person a week later. It was not too tough of a process and was relatively quick and painless, decision was made quickly.

First call with Manger and then director. Both fairly casual and went for approx. 30 minutes. Tried learning what I could about company role. Each asked about my current role and how that would translate. Not difficult this wan more conversational than typical interviews.
