Arrow Electronics interview questions

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Arrow Electronics. After being rejected for a Technical Support role at the manager round (2 Technical 1 Techo managerial), After 3 weeks they contacted me for an Angular Developer position and mentioned no interview required since I done well in angular round for that technical support role. I submitted all the required documents, even signed employment document but after following up 10 days later, I was told they had already onboarded someone else and were now looking for a Java developer. They asked me to give interview for Java role, I agreed to interview for the Java role, cleared all the rounds (1 Technical 1 Techno Managerial 1 Senior Manager), and was scheduled for an HR discussion. However, just an hour before the call, the HR cancelled and informed me that they no longer needed a Java developer due to a sudden change in business needs, and were now looking for a UI/UX developer instead. This entire process was a complete waste of my time. The constant shifting of roles and last-minute changes show a lack of organization and respect for candidates’ time. My experience with Arrow Electronics was highly unprofessional and disappointing. Please Note: My CTC was 6.78 LPA fixed and I asked 11 LPA They said they can’t provide, and thanks for not providing that. I got placed in a highly reputed company with 14.5 LPA fixed.
