Interviews were easy and it was a process between Mexican and American personnel. The time to take the decision was long and also they offered a first salary that was then diminised

The interview took about 2 hours. Open conversation.
We spoke German and Spanish with some team members @Arrow.
I talked about my current job and discussed their vision, team and tasks I would be asked to perform.
By the end, I asked what were the benefits.
The interviewer was reluctant or made it seem an irrelevant point to touch.

Interview was pretty easy and straight forward. The recruiter that interviewed me was a new hire so there was no structure. Never heard back from anyone so gave up on the process.
It was very good and easy to interview. Interview was at the property location. Had to park in the parking garage which took some time. They had security guards too. Made you dress nice
