Interview
Met with two managers for 45 minutes or more. One of the managers asked several questions to quiz financial accounting knowledge. Some were basic accounting concepts, others dealt with consolidated financial statements and reporting transactions between a parent and a subsididary. Also met with three associates that spoke about daily work.
Submitted resume, phone interview and then a second interview. Process lasted about 30 days from resume submission to offer letter. Everyone was friendly, the pay was not what I was looking for in the position.

Interviewed at the Centennial office. There was a lack of cohesion after the interview process. Recruiter was terminated from Arrow and no one at the company relayed interview feedback or decisions. The only people who received calls were given offers.
