Interview
Straightforward. Delves into the applicant's experience drawing on specific aspects to see if they are a good fit. The interview lasts around 45 minutes. It includes a language test if any language is required. The test is basically just a casual conversation in said language with the interviewer to gauge proficiency.

Interview
First I had to do a trial of coding some data. They gave me some news stories from past years, a coding/methodology guide, and a spreadsheet template. After I completed that, I had an interview. It was a relatively simple interview. I heard back quickly.

Interview
It consisted of a work exercise followed by an interview with two panelists—a manager and an assistant manager. Unfortunately, I felt very uncomfortable during the interview, as the manager lacked professionalism and would visibly react with rolling her eyes whenever I couldn't answer a question or didn't have the right information she was seeking.
