I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arm
Interview
Was a confusing offer as they were asking for a software engineer but categorized the offer as hardware. The interview was just to get to explain the offer first. Interviewer was nice, didn't ask any technical questions, only asked me to introduce myself.

Question 1
Introduce yourself.
what projects did you work on ?
are you interested in devops and if yes what's your experience ?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arm (Cambridge, East of England, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
First round was via Hinterview, it would not allow you to repeat answers. Second was a remote interview via Zoom with hiring manager, standard interview questions. Both were around 1 hour long.
Hiring managers were both friendly and the interview was relaxed.
The process seemed very disorganised. Each time I was contacted by their people services team who from what I could gather were overseas, I was contacted by a different person. Responses were slow and when I was not given an offer I requested feedback as I was promised this during the interview with the hiring manager. I have sent around 5 chasing emails for this but nothing. Very disorganised.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arm (Budapest) in Nov 2022
Interview
It was quite pleasant. First a quick chitchatting with the HR, then a 2-hour technical interview. Maybe I'm too smart, but I felt the technical interview a bit easy. The whole process took a bit more than one month.

Question 1
Questions were mostly C language problems, things that don't cause you hard times if you regularly attended programming contests. E.g. concurrency, if two threads doing ++x at the same time, what can x be after?
