I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Arm in Apr 2024
Interview
I applied online, after maybe 2 weeks? I got the first email asking me to do a call (phone call only).
It was a screening call from HR, then I had a sort of behavioral interview -- I was asked about my areas of interest, preferred mode of work, my previous projects, how I approach problem solving. The second interview was the tech one, lasted 2.5 hours.
I really enjoyed talking to the engineers and the communication with HR was okay. The weird part was how I was handed to a different HR person at the end (and that person delivered the non-offer).
The worst part was the wait, I waited like 2 or 3 weeks for the first zoom interview (after the screening call), then the next call was in almost a month, and after 3 weeks I received the non-offer email.

One of the questions was:

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Arm (Bengaluru) in Jan 2024
Interview
There were two technical rounds in person on college campus. They were friendly and made everyone comfortable. Spoke about ARM and their work culture. Process was very smooth and well planned.
