Arm interview questions

I applied online, after maybe 2 weeks? I got the first email asking me to do a call (phone call only). It was a screening call from HR, then I had a sort of behavioral interview -- I was asked about my areas of interest, preferred mode of work, my previous projects, how I approach problem solving. The second interview was the tech one, lasted 2.5 hours. I really enjoyed talking to the engineers and the communication with HR was okay. The weird part was how I was handed to a different HR person at the end (and that person delivered the non-offer). The worst part was the wait, I waited like 2 or 3 weeks for the first zoom interview (after the screening call), then the next call was in almost a month, and after 3 weeks I received the non-offer email.
