Interview
I gave my resume at a job fair. Got email to apply online. After applying online, got email for the first interview. First was a non-technical interview. Just discussing my research. Had the second interview a few weeks later. It was a fairly technical interview about architecture, program execution, optimizations, etc. After about a week, got the offer over phone. Got the formal letter after verbally accepting the offer.

Interview
I applied online and was reached out to over email. Had a phone screen and then more phone interviews that included coding questions as well as behavioral questions. Mostly questions about my background and previous coursework and internships. HR was very helpful with the whole process including the expectations for the phone interviews.

Interview
Fairly standard interview proecess with HR. However the interview with the web tools team was nothing but bizarre. They have extremely vague questions and hardly ask anything techincal. They also claim to use agile but are unaware of basic principles of agile.
