I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arm (Cambridge, East of England, England) in Jan 2015
Interview
The interview process was very standard without surprises. After making my application I received an email from talent acquisition team asking for a call with HR. The first call they introduced the job, ARM and brief description of benefits and expectations. Also they asked me few generic question that were easy to answer.
Following the first call, I had two calls with my hiring manager and one of his peers. The first call with light technical discussion and the second one was a heavy one but still very focused on responsibilities of the job I am applying to and how my skills and experience match with those responsibilities.
After this I was invited for an onsite interview, actually this wasn't an interview it was a meeting and an open discussion with very decent people. I enjoyed this interview and I was able to get better idea on how ARM works and the structure of the ionization.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
My past project management experience and general project management concepts.
3 rounds phone interview. The first 2 rounds are simple questions about architecture, programming and the projects that I was working on. The last round is testing my programming skills using google docs.
