I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arm (Shanghái, Shanghai) in Apr 2016
Interview
Both HR and direct manager ask several questions throught telehphone first, to understand my education background and work experiences, the main is how to balance work and life , and second is whta's the expectation to new position.
Then , have a skill quiz during face to face interview, to test professional skill , such as communication skill with customer, logical thinking, and English ....
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arm in Mar 2016
Interview
Deep technical and analytical thinking questions. Professional interviewers. The process itself is taking too much time. You really have to be very well prepared and do your homework. You will be asked to write RTL code, flowcharts ... I liked that they care about the analytical thinking rather than the application only.

Question 1
How to reduce the power consumption of an FIR digital filter?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arm (San Jose, CA) in May 2016
Interview
Typical hi-tech, all day on site meeting with variety of functions. All interviewers were well prepared with my resume, and had specific questions. Have done many other interviews in high-tech at this level (senior individual contributor) and this was well run and organized. Made to the finalist selection and although I was not the final candidate (taken to to CEO) felt it was a great learning experience.
