I applied online. I interviewed at Arm (Birmingham, Inglaterra) in Feb 2017
Interview
There were 2-3 rounds of interview, had interview with 2 teams one at Cambridge and one at loughborough. I felt interview was not aimed at recruitment. I am not sure but the process was not at all in a ethical manner. Why would you interview a person with not in a aim of recruitment but just want to learn what he has done.? the Interview is a time pass and eye wash process
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arm
Interview
Initial interview was done using HireVue, asking for code examples in VHDL/Verilog, projects done in the past and the standard 'tell us what you know about ARM' questions. One tip is to use your laptop/tablet/PC and not your smartphone as it is really hard to write the required code on the small screen.

Interview
Applied for 2 jobs. It took a month before receiving an invitation for a telephone interview at a specific day and time for which I confirmed. Day of interview came, no call.
After a week someone contacted me to apologise for a mix up and rearranged for a telephone interview. The day of interview came, no call.
Later on the same day, two people contacted me by email. The first person said there was a mix up and the interview is not going ahead (state the obvious). The second contacted me to say the role was no longer available in there had been a delay in communicating this to me.
Absolutely appalling candidate experience and even less sympathetic recruitment staff.
