Arm interview questions

Had an initial interview by phone, seemed to go well. Expectation was set that a response of some kind would happen in a week or so, nothing. Chased twice for an update. Finally recruiting team came back with holidays as being the reason for delay. About two weeks later a rejection email arrived. having said that the process seemed reasonably efficient, maybe just one of those things.
