The interviewer is forthcoming and straight to the center of their question; I received several changes regarding the job description she thought I might best fit into. The team members are sincere, but at the last round, there is no follow up nor notification to me in their decision making. I had to write up and follow up from my end. Overall, it is a lengthy process but without a clear path to know what's their opinion about me.
