I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Arm (Cambridge, East of England, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
Submitted, took some time to come back, I feel with the lack of on target job questions, that Ageism was quickly summarized, yet with my qualification and work experience, it was clear, especially as I was advised they need to tidy the ledger up

Question 1
Previous roles, nothing about SAP, processes, interview was comfortable but I feel they rejected me from near the start

Interview
I applied for the position through the website. The interview took two weeks: included a video interview and an on-site interview. The whole process was quick and straightforward: they skipped the recruiter's part, and I was communicating directly with the Design Lead, who was very responsive and willing to answer any questions.

Question 1
Design a Job Search Engine for yourself. The designer shared the exercise before the date of the on-site interview. I got to choose either be prepared or show up with nothing and start from scratch.

Interview
It started with a phone interview with the hiring manager. I didn't think this went that well as it was booked for 30 mins and after that time it ended, even though I hadn't had a chance to ask questions.
After this there was a call with HR which was fairly short.
Finally an onsite interview (2 people in the room 1 remote), again we ran out of time (maybe i talk to much) as the interviewers had another meeting to attend.
Overall the people were friendly and engaging, however, I never got the feeling that they were selling me on the position or the company (not that it mattered in the end as they didn't offer me the role).
