Arm interview questions

Relaxed and laid back. Made me feel at ease throughout the full process. Consisted of one telephone, two face to face interviews and a technical do at home test. You had around a week to complete the technical test.

20 minute telephone interview. Interviewer seemed to have not read up on my cv, covering letter or experience. Was asking questions which were clearly not related to my CV or just bog standard non specific questions. Felt like the interviewer was just “going through the motions” maybe due to having so many interviews to conduct or lack of time to read up on the candidate beforehand.
