I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Arm (Cam, England) in Sep 2018
Interview
Interview process was chaotic and drawn out lasting 13 weeks in all with long periods of no feedback or response to status requests. The role was to be overall architect for a significant group. Face to Face interviews were essentially coding tests with little obvious relevance to role applied for. I don’t believe anyone was actually appointed to the role. ARM is a great company with a great product but it’s recruitment process is shocking. Who knows how many good candidates they lose because they get faster response and more attention from other opportunities.
