Arm interview questions

It was a nice experience. My competency was a bit mismatched for what they were looking for. So, it was a nice overall experience even though I realized mid way that they were looking for something else.

HR, Screening, Technical and take home exam. The interviewers focused on my current work and asked questions related to that instead of asking me to solve a problem in a short 60 min window. The take home exam focused on tasks like calculating through put, latency and critical path.
