I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arm (Cambridge, East of England, England) in Sep 2022
Interview
The interview process was fairly rigorous and demanded attention to detail. There were 3 rounds of interviews. The final round was with a panel who were experts in their respective fields. It took a month to conduct all interviews and then another month for me to hear back from the hiring team. All in all, the recruiting team were extremly helpful in answering any questions that I had in the process.

Question 1
- Questions about motivation & reasons for applying - General questions about arm as a business - Some technical questions related to six sigma
Received a digital interview invitation after submitting my application. It's nice that the digital interview gives unlimited attempt to the video questions. Questions are of standard difficulty. It also includes a coding test.

Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 steps: a meeting with the manager, a technical interview and a meeting with the team to discuss the results of the technical questions. The technical interview is a word doc in which you have 90min to solve everything. You're also free to check online for solutions, but you probably won't have that long to search, so it's a personal choice.
