Arm 2016 Graduate Hardware Engineer - Design and Verification interview questions

I received a 'hirevue' invitation, I had to answer questions and record myself. These questions were general, with one final written assignment. After this step, I had a technical interview with two senior engineers. Then I received an email: I had been overqualified for this job, so they suggested me apply for another job position.
