-Worst interview process -Even for support project also 3 panel members will do interview -Basically they need a person who has more than 10+ years experience as a junior developer HR will say your profile is shortlisted for interview even if you have 2 years of experience and interview panel don't have any idea about this and they will ask questions in the range of 10+ years so obviously you will be rejected -During interview they will put you down by saying irrelevant words so that you will loose your confidence further -Dont prefer this company if you have less experience -Finally worst behaviour of interview panel -Overall you will loose your confidence after interview with this company.
