Email and phone discussion with enthusiastic HR recruiter led to a phone screen with the hiring manager. The phone screen was pleasant, and seemed to end positive. He said he had a few others to talk with but that I'd hear back. Then I was ghosted. No response by HR when I asked her via email for feedback a week later. Not even an auto-generated "sorry" email by HR is just bad form.
