Arm IT interview questions

I went through a multi-stage interview process that spanned 2 months and included conversations with multiple team members, including senior leadership. The interviews themselves were engaging and provided good insight into the role and expectations. They were all good people and professional. However, the overall process was quite lengthy and required a significant time investment. There was limited transparency around the final decision and candidate differentiation, which made it difficult to fully understand the outcome after progressing through several stages. Overall, the team was professional, and the experience offered valuable exposure, but clearer timelines and feedback would improve the candidate experience.
