I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arm (Cambridge, East of England, England) in Feb 2023
Interview
The first stage of interview is virtual and not in purpose. There is a coding task which can be attempted in the language of your choice. There may also be other questions depending on the role to test technical competence. Most questions are technical. You are to answer in a video format, and given limited attempts and time to prepare, however you can take a while to breathe and prepare between attempts because there is no timer for the retry button. If successful in this it is possible to get an in person interview.

Question 1
Why do you want to work at Arm? Explain what is a float variable. Tell us about a time you overcame a challenge
Interview was completely about architechture with custom scenarios. They showed me some codes and discussed about their working and the applications they are used for and it was engaging as the manager was giving giving hints for the answers etc.
