Arla Foods interview questions

Received an email on Friday afternoon asking me to complete an online interview over the weekend (by midnight on the Sunday). The interview was Q&A based but there was no interviewer (just text based questions). I feel the lack of human inteviewer really hindered the inteerview process and didn't allow for a rapport to be established or a proper conversation, it felt very clinical, robotic and unpersonal. I was also quite disappointed in the timeframe provided, it did not take into consideration weekend plans and didn't allow much time to prepare.

The interview process included one interview with talk the job, my profile, my qualifications, my expectations and a short 10 min. case. The interview was quite informal and I felt very comfortable with the interviewer.
