Assessment Center The assessment center (conducted online due to Covid-19) consisted of an individual case, 1on1 interview, and 2hr interview with one HR person and one manager. Overall it was tough, but managed in a great way and everyone was very nice and approachable during the whole process. The case was in a consulting case style (framework, calculations and then some brainstorming). The 1on1 interview dealt with the peaks and valleys of your life. The 2hr interview included STAR questions, case-format questions and personal/CV related questions. Overall, it was great to get to know Arla as an employer! I accepted the offer and I am still very happy (and grateful) for that amazing opportunity.
