One on campus interview, 45 minutes. I had networked a little before the interview with some employees, so the interview was more just a talk about what I wanted to do and what Arkema was about. No real questions at all.
Second round interview in King of Prussia, PA. 5 total interviews, all 45 minutes. One with HR about placements, benefits, QnA, and making sure you are a reasonable person to work with. 3 were with various employees. They all gave a speech about that they did and maybe 4-5 behavioral questions per interview. All of the behavioral questions were pretty straight forward. Sometimes they would ask follow up questions about your experiences to gain more info. One interview was with a manager, so it was little more technical. You get to pick an area of chemical engineering and he asks questions about its fundamentals to see what you know. Topics include distillation, heat transfer, etc. This 5-10 minute technical question can make or break you. You know your stuff, I'd say you have a good shot. If you don't know, I think it would be hard to get an offer. They are looking for smart people who understand how chemical engineering works.
