Yes, we use competency-based interview, so we have to ask some specific questions about behavioral skills and how you handled different kind of situations. It's not an easy discussion, but the goal is to go deeper when talking about your job history. With hiring managers, you have the opportunity to be on a more "conversational" interview.

The process started with a call from a recruiter presenting the opportunity. After resume was submitted to Arkema, their HR rep requested a phone screen, and then passing that, the Site Manager requested a longer phone interview. A week later the recruiter called to schedule an on-site interview which included all managers on their Leadership Team.
